i spied this bench the other day at my favorite local thrift shop. it was kind of ugly, but i saw the potential. it was a dark brown, with horrible ugly green velour fabric, that was all balled up, and gross. but i had a vision and once again, a glue gun! so i sanded, a lot. and then three coats of my favorite white paint. and i had this fabric laying around that i found at a garage sale for nickels. it's from the 7o's. cute and vintage, just the way i like it! so, the big reveal......
i also found this great mobile, out of wood, {from sweden} for 50 cents. it's adorable!
the girls have been playing non stop with these cute barnyard animals...
had a great dinner with loved ones, and this is what the table setting looked like. fresh cut flowers from the yard.
and this is the latest of my crazy size cork board. i. am. in. love with this thing!
this week we are starting our last remodel of our house. the master bedroom! we are finally get our own space done. we will be camping in the backyard, and cooking, and maybe bathing too. wish us luck. i see a hanging chandelier, some cool barn like closet doors, a loveseat, and some exposed brick. picking paint colors today.
