ironically~ i had just wrote this a couple days before sunday.  i came home, and then realized that all these, are acts of mercy!

the message this sunday at church was good.  reeeeeal good.  in fact, it was so good, i cried.  basically about turning tragedy into triumph.  and that always appeals to me!  there were three key points. each hitting home in a powerful way.

1.  we can turn tragedy into triumph by letting others around us know that we are for Christ.
2. another way is by showing others that they too can be encouraged by our examples of tragedy.  because we all have them.  some are large, some are small, some are silly, and some are serious.  but there will be no end to our tragedies.  because that is life.  people die, dreams are abandoned, our children grow and leave the nest, relationships can be down right disappointing, and marriage is hard work.  the bills never end, the hours are too short, and sometimes they are too long.
3. but bottom lines is: it is our job to shared the gospel, and to proclaim it.

three points that i need to work on, i know.  and the basic end of the message is mercy.  and how we have a god of hope, and second chances, and who do need to show mercy to?  give someone a second chance, a hope for triumph?  it's really all about changing attitude, and giving human beings a hand up! a thumbs up, and high five!  a "yes you can do it!"  i know !

~sunday morning best~
