the reason why i picked up running again....

is because i saw my natural path, and she is a genius.

i had some major blood work done, and found out i am not dying!

and i now have more energy than a toddler on speed.

my days of feeling defeated are over, for now. and my heart isn't palpitating like a bat flying fast outta hell.  i sleep thru the nights, even though half of the family members still sleep with me.  i do not feel like am constantly on a boat trying to find my balance, falling over, and collecting bruises all over my body!  the ringing in my ears is now only once in awhile. i can go up my stairs and wash my hair with out my arms aching. yes jesus has given me some healing through this amazing lady.  grateful, and humbled by His caring spirit.
