i love how it brings people together.
how it stirs a creative spirit in your kitchen.
i like it simple, and i like it extravagant.
i have my favorite cooks, most are in this family.
and i have my favorite cook books, use them everyday, one has even changed the whole philosophy of food for me. the whole purpose of eating. it was intense, and it altered my eating disorder for good. a huge blessing.
but perhaps the most favorite, is "the joy of cooking".
given to me by my dad, the first christmas i was married. in it, he wrote me a love letter, and i hold it so dearly to my heart.
i love you for that dad!
coconut milk with berries, bananas and hemp protein
yogurt cinnamon top doughnuts
making chocolate superfood
soybeans, we pop them in our mouth straight from the freezer, but also delicious stir fried!
although we don't eat any meat, we do it seafood. and these are our classic tuna melts.
{ may your eats be wonderful }
